      Avantages

      - Great customer base because of technology and customer needs match to the solution - Expanding solution set which customer make allow to integrate between content management and business process management

      Inconvénients

      - A lot of product makes difficult to maintain product quality. It should be focused on specific product line and make QA more effective

      Avantages

      The people are all motivated to contribute. The hard working environment is contagious -- in a good way. Great working relationships forged. FileNet is built on Trust, Honesty, Integrity, and Innovation.

      Inconvénients

      From a U.S. vantage point, they started offshoring jobs to other countries. Constantly fought layoffs. You never knew when it was your turn.
