      super stressful bad project management, a lot of mistakes which ruin your work pace employees are like slaves both physically and mentally lots of people have to work more than 70 hours a week

      Decent pay for the industry, but the entire industry gets paid so little

      Act like they are the best, but in fact they just waste a ton of them doing renderings and know nothing about construction
