It's honestly a great place to start working. I started when I was in year 10 and 'quit' mid year 12. I still go there regularly and I keep in contact with the owners and the other staff I used to work with.
Inconvénients
The work does get tiring especially at first and if you're a smaller person or is physically underdeveloped then it's probably for the best that you avoid working here. A lot of the work is endurance physical work, you don't really have to lift heavy thing (just as much as you can) but you will need to do it repeatadly.
