      Very good company culture. Entry-starting level with good pay.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of redundant teams and roles. Client Success and Consulting become convoluted. Lots of tools to use that are not standardized to better support the essence of the role of Consulting,

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
