-Staffing is still staffing...you have to make a lot of calls and sometimes the hours are long can be long
-Sales people don't necessarily get handed accounts right away...yes you will have to cold call
-Nowhere to hide...it's not a huge office and management sits on the floor
-Training...there is not a lot of training before they tell you to get on the phone
-High expectations...their top producers make a lot of money and they expect the newer folks to grind just as hard, but it takes time to ramp up
