Great fast-paced environment. The leaders are encouraging and willing to train you for different levels of advancements. Everyone is friendly and pretty close-knit. Excellent benefits and decent pay. I have learned so much from various departments. The office is filled with diversity and many higher-ups of different genders and races, making everyone a leader. It's truly a fantastic company.

Most employees have heavy workloads, which in some cases can be good. Pay is okay, but I am sure it can be better for those in my position. I can't really utilize my PTO, due to daily coverage.

The people in the operations department are all very casual and very chill. You get your work done and it is not overwhelmingly stressful.

I did not really do much there. Not a strict internship programs like some other places I applied to were.
