Dealing the games can be fun but management makes the work environment unbearable.

There is a reason the overwhelming majority of dealers are young and uneducated. If you ask for expainations of how the metrics of your performance evaluations are calculated you will be put on the sh*t list by the supervisors who will then see that you are eventually set up for violating some very vague interpretation of a loosely defined "misconduct" issue. Even if you are a complacent drone you will not last long if you are not one of the managers pets. They hire about 40 new dealers each month. Less than half will make it past their 3 month probation period and half of those that survive will quit within 6 months once they experience the reality of the work environment. If you can just shut up and take the abuse you may make it through a year.
