      Avantages

      They are an incredibly flexible company and will work with you in regards to work schedule

      Inconvénients

      All the divisions within the company are not the same, Leadership can be unengaged or just absent. They like to offer "good faith" promotions (NO PROMISES-no pay and no title) but here is more work.
