      Avantages

      Flexible (mostly) hours, most people don't mess with your stuff if you don't mess with theirs. Gets your foot in the door with the Government

      Inconvénients

      Some cons that I would list is mostly everything else. The benefits are bare minimum, there is a strong sense of nepotism throughout.
