Avantages

- Training is the best I've ever seen in a company. - Some really tenured recruiting folks are employed there, which is really helpful for learning the craft of recruiting. - Leadership means well; good people employed there overall. - Amazing recruiting technology makes it easy to do the job. - Opportunity to make a LOT of $$$$$ (if you work hard & smart). - Great DEI initiatives; very open-minded, progressive leadership.

Inconvénients

- Culture involves mandated employee performing & other extroverted activities; okay for some but not others. - Leadership communication issues with not practicing active listening. - Salaries are fairly low - so have to really work hard and be in a constant state of mild stress about making commission to ensure you are making a decent living.
