I enjoy the flexibility of setting my own hours, discerning my own vacation days, being my own boss, and directly reaping the rewards of my hard work. The Los Angeles office managers are very positive and insightful. Also, we have TONS of healthy and delicious snacks, a Foosball table, food trucks, hammocks, bikes, happy hours, and dinners. Plus, AWESOME benefits and great recruiting technology! I'm very happy here and can see myself here for a long time.
Inconvénients
Being your own boss is tough and can be overwhelming! It requires a lot of time management skills, personal boundaries, and perseverance. It seems like the people who succeed here work 60+ hours per week their first 3-6 months. After that, most people with established desks seem to work 40-hours per week with ample vacation.
