      Rude and patronising office staff Toxic “drivers vs office staff” culture Poor communication and lack of professionalism Unrealistic job planning and logistics from planners No support for new drivers Long unpaid travel times and high personal expenses Very low earnings after transport costs Genuine concerns dismissed instead of resolved Drivers treated as disposable rather than valued High staff turnover for obvious reasons

      Avantages

      Freedom of choice of work. Great if you can work all hours and have money or credit to carry you through to payday. Probably best out of a terrible exploitative sector.

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay. Out of pocket expenses. Treated like an employee without any of the benefits. Too many ways to lose out by mistake.
