      The owner of the company treated his employees as a family. he also created an atmosphere where cooperation between disciplines was the keynote of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the nature of the business, there were frequent ups & downs.

      Avantages

      Big, custom projects for some wealthy and influential customers. One off installs, high end systems, cool projects.

      Inconvénients

      Company overestimated its future prospects, got too big, grew too much. Would send techs to projects in many different locations.
