      Avantages

      Jobs are easy to find on campus. Most professors are looking for graders and assistants and such, and are willing to work with you if you are willing to put in the work.

      Inconvénients

      The length of employment time depends solely upon the position you have and who you are working for. So some employment terms may only last for a semester.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
