Avantages

If you want to grow everyday, be challenge and Excel at your craft, they closed on weekends so that we are only working Monday through Friday, with day shift. Management is super nice and culture is fit for me.

Inconvénients

Warehouse is a little bit Hot because they only offer the fans in the warehouse, no AC.

Inconvénients

Working at EightCig was a chaotic experience from start to finish. The company suffers from a severe lack of structure, which creates confusion in daily operations and leads to constant inefficiencies. Leadership is disorganized, ineffective, and often makes decisions that seem arbitrary, leaving employees without clear direction or support. One of the biggest issues is the high turnover rate—people come and go quickly, and it’s easy to see why. There are no great benefits to incentivize long-term employment, and the work environment is stressful due to mismanagement. Additionally, there were instances of potentially questionable or even illegal business practices, which made staying with the company even more concerning. Overall, EightCig is not a place I would recommend for career growth or stability. Until leadership overhauls its approach and implements a structured, ethical, and supportive work environment, the company will continue to struggle with retaining employees and maintaining credibility in the industry.
