      Boys club Supervisors and management really don't give a ---- about you as long as money is coming in and their --- is saved SKETCHY place to work Management love to gossip and spread rumours about their employees

      Avantages

      The facilities provided were good and the staff sent for training were keen. The owners and management of the Ranch were open to ideas and constructive suggestions.

      Inconvénients

      When some of the courses were re-run we found that pressure of work had limited the implementation of some new ideas. However, some staff had taken the initiative to follow through.
