      Avantages

      End of the day everything is driven by the project we get into and the client work with. But with my experience of working with 4 clients, in general the company management doesn't blindly support everything client says. Managers are sane and it's easy to reason with them

      Inconvénients

      Promotion is little tricky and lot time consuming

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
