      Good work-life balance and flexibility Equipment and internal applications are really good Nice people and perks

      Inconvénients

      Facilities could be a little better If you are allocated to a non-interesting project, chances are that you will be there until you are released or resign.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
