      . Nice place to work . Learning opportunities are more . Good corporate culture . Focus on employee growth . Team building activities

      Inconvénients

      . If resource is on bench then he is gone. Have to attend lot of training and submit the assignments . To onboard to any project then there is again a interview process where they except too much from the resource

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
