      Poor communication, lies to they're clients about they're call center staff stating they're 25 callers when they're only 5.

      Avantages

      Family company, If you need time off for family, Dr's appointment, etc. it's no problem. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't perform you will be let go, DSI pays well and only keeps the best people. Anyone complaining about working here did not put in the effort to succeed. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.
