      Family company, If you need time off for family, Dr's appointment, etc. it's no problem. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't perform you will be let go, DSI pays well and only keeps the best people. Anyone complaining about working here did not put in the effort to succeed. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.

      Avantages

      An ok stop for a temporary position while looking for a job with a future or if looking for a nearby part-time job. There are definitely much worse telemarketing firms to work for in the Chicago area.

      Inconvénients

      There is no legitimate path for career advancement or income growth with this small company. The company puts on a good face to prospective employees and clients, but in the end they can't back up their pitch.
