Avantages
I have a lot of freedom to manage things how I see fit in most cases. There seems to be some opportunity for upward growth. The pay is good.
Inconvénients
Long hours, little direction from upper management. It can sometimes feel like you’re left to just figure things out on your own when the company jumps on a new project and gives little support.
