This company truly cares about their employees. I feel like I am in a warm "family". Both Jonas and Matt have an open door policy and can be reached at any time for any reason. This company values job ethics. Another great thing about this company is the fact that they hire persons with disabilities. Knowing that if anything happens to me as I get older it is very comforting to know that I won't be "cast aside" like many others have experienced with other companies.
