I have excellent colleagues. Nothing else.

• Direct Collection Bailiffs is saturated with toxicity and negativity • Employees are treated as disposable and worthless • Insults and verbal abuse from leadership are common and widely accepted • Supervisors regularly harass and degrade staff • The atmosphere is extremely hostile, driven by leadership and company culture

None at all. It’s terrible here.

I don’t recommend working for Direct Collection Bailiffs because it’s terrible here. This company has an awful culture and work environment. Employees often get insulted and verbally abused by the leadership, and it’s obvious that the leaders here look down on us. No one deserves to be treated like trash.
