Avantages
The lower level people are kind and passionate about their work. Fun environment on select days (Christmas party, baseball game, Halloween).
Inconvénients
Sadly, the low compensation and seemingly impossible movement on this issue is a huge barrier to overcome. The small company size requires a large work load; working 11-12 hour days leads to a beaten down negative attitude amongst the majority of employees. When your turnover is substantially higher than every other company, I would recommend to look into why you're having this problem.
