Sure, casual dating isn't for everyone. But the company has made a name for itself. Overall, Digital Performance is a very good company to work for. There are many opportunities for learning, and the team is top class.
Inconvénients
- Bad communication - Sure, there are all-hands sessions, and most data is available for all to see. I would say that communication here is way better than in most companies. However, this isn't enough. Repetitive restructurings last year left most scared for their future in the company. The company's vision should be clearer. - Multifaceted culture - being part of a larger group, especially as an acquired company, means that there will be cultural differences with other offices. This could be improved with more integration and clearer communication. Since many departments are now centralized in the headquarters in Hamburg, making the team feel they are part of the group's strategy is important. - Lack of feedback/personal development - since last year, there hasn't been a clear personal development and feedback structure.
