      You are given exposure to matters that you may not be privy to until after working for five years at a larger company. It is a great place to learn and build your own brand, whilst giving back to the company.

      Inconvénients

      The work never ends. If you like strict structure, you might not enjoy it here.

      You get to work on diverse projects.

      Inconvénients

      The management is terrible, no proper HR structure, there’s favoritism at play and if you’re not so good at @$$ kissing you will never go far in the company.

      Avantages

      You will learn how it is to work in cybersecurity. Little bonuses are shared occasionally as addition to salary Coworkers are generally willing to share knowledge and help. You will get proper exposure and entry level training into cybersecurity. Employment bond includes full payment for certifications(60% of which are not industry recognised)

      Inconvénients

      Employment bond can be a disadvantage for those who don't want to stay long Includes non-compete that prevents working with competitors in Nigeria after leaving. Management decisions can be inconvenient and non-contestable at times. Not great work life balance.
