      Avantages

      -Great group of people in the office, hard workers and really nice people -Interesting projects -Lots of growth in the last year

      Inconvénients

      -Lack of managerial transparency -Management is struggling with the transition to a larger company and it shows int he lack of processes and procedures. This makes for a sometimes chaotic environment where decisions are rushed.

      Avantages

      Flexible working environment, year-end bonus, built-in raises.

      Inconvénients

      They will lay off without a second thought! It might be the nature of government contractors, but they handled this pretty poorly in a way that shows that loyalty does not mean they will treat you with respect.
