      Avantages

      My work was specifically very close to the CEO, CTO and product managers, they really get you involved and plan things with you. They get you the equipment and education you need in order to succeed. Because of the size of the company your ideas matter and you always have big impact, very data and result driven, great team, everyone is easy going and supportive, in the length of 3 years that I was there I was promoted 3 times, management is easy to talk to and really support your career and goals. Management genuinely cares about your success and happiness within the company.

Strong culture of learning, experimentation, and professional growth. Management is receptive to feedback and encourages employees to take ownership of their work.

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced environment with ambitious delivery expectations. Priorities can change quickly, requiring frequent context switching. Workload may become intense around major releases or deadlines. Not ideal for people seeking a slower-paced or highly predictable work environment.
