Do not try to be more helpful to your clients beyond what your manager tells you, or try to come up with ideas beyond what your manager tells you. you will get let go, in the blink of an eye. This company will preach transparency, they will encourage you to speak up, they will talk about all the training and assistance you will receive.... it's NOT true. They lie to their clients, making them think that their admin is set up for total success and can get everything done for them, it is a LIE! But don't complain about having to lie and fake it, you will get let go, in the blink of an eye. Clients are lead to believe they are getting transparent communication, they are not!
