No yearly review, so salary never goes up. You need an exit plan if you're going to take a job here.

End-of-year bonus for 2024: The company gave us an extra $100 in our paycheck some time in November. Over the following weeks until the end of the year, employees could donate some amount of the $100 given or perform some kind of volunteer work for a chance to get entered into a weekly raffle, where one person would win a prize of $250+ value. Mind you, this company has over 100 employees, so this meant there were dozens of entrants for each weekly raffle. All in all I would say like 6 people won a prize of some sort because, like I said, there was only one winner for each weekly raffle. I thought maybe at the last week management would be like "Sike, we actually have a real bonus for everyone!" but no, that was not the case. The year before everyone got to pick from a catalog of holiday gifts based on their years of service, so this was definitely a downgrade. The saddest thing was how everyone was pretending this was the best idea ever when it's very pathetic in reality.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences with us. We truly value your feedback regarding the end-of-year bonus and your overall experience within the company. We understand that the changes made last year may not have met everyone’s expectations. We want to clarify that all employees had the option to keep the $100 and were not required to donate it. Additionally, there was the opportunity to perform an act of service instead of making a monetary donation. No one was expected to do either. Our goal was to celebrate giving back to our communities. Our commitment to giving back to our community is important to us, and we will continue to strive to make a positive impact. Your input helps us improve, and we appreciate your ongoing support. Thank you again for your honesty.

Avantages

I really enjoy working at Dealer eProcess. Good benefits, and time off accumulates pretty fast after the first year. Flexible managers, especially if you have a quick doctor's appointment.

Inconvénients

They host a quarterly meeting which in the past has ran too long. They changed it up this year and it was more engaging.

Avantages

The PPC team is a really really great group of people. Top-down. They have a fun culture in regards to the way all the employees interact with each other, and how everyone's so friendly. The PPC team doesn't really want you working past the bell. They want you to go home when it's time to go home, and they'll make sure you know it. I think that it comes from being a younger team, with the oldest in-office member being early 30's. Everyone on the team will help you, if you need it.

Inconvénients

The pay is bad, and it's difficult to make more in the role. You can move up, which comes with a 5 grand increase, after 3-6 months of working there. Their bonus structure is based on call reviews and doesn't pay a ton. The max you can make is $1,000 per quarter as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist if you have an incredibly high score in order to earn it. High turnover, usually. I can guarantee it's primarily because of the client-base of dealerships being frustrating, and the poor pay. Only negative thing I can say is that the managers and heads of the company sometimes make it feel like you're going to get fired. 4 different people on our team have expressed that feeling, including myself, which is not how a manager or high level associate should be running the ship. I don't think it's a long term solution if you're looking to make more money in the future. They know they likely won't retain you for incredibly long amount of time (5+ years), so they aren't as open to helping you develop your career past your daily tasks.
