      Avantages

      The pay is good started at $20/hr and I was quickly able to work on tasks that paid more than this, up to $30/hr. There is the opportunity to get paid even more if you have coding knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of tasks, sometimes. The work is pretty mind-numbing and can get stale really quickly.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
