      Work availability may be too low sometimes, going through "drought" periods. You rarely get any feedback about your work.

      Make your own hours. Fun. Interesting.

      Inconvénients

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
