      Extremely flexible working hours and no monitoring of time spent (allegedly)

      Inconvénients

      Often tasks on offer, go very quickly so sometimes, there is not enough to do. Tasks are sometimes very boring.

      Avantages

      Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

      Inconvénients

      Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
