      Avantages

      Fully remote work with flexible scheduling. Clear instructions for each project and well-organized guidelines. Payments have been reliable and straightforward. Good opportunity for people looking for part-time or side income. A variety of tasks when new projects open.

      Inconvénients

      Project openings are not constant, so workload can be irregular. Some tasks require going through qualifications that may not open frequently. Communication is mainly through written updates, which may feel limited at times.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
