DataAnnotation.tech has been the most straightforward company that I worked with since I started AI training. They were simple with onboarding without unnecessary jargon. They were fair with qualifications, if you are good enough you will work, you do not worry about certifications or anything. Projects are very interesting and variant. When you are in a project you get added to the slack channel dedicated for the project and you can ask all your co-workers or admins about anything you are struggling with or any concerns. Pay is fair.
