Inconvénients
• Company ethos is not conducive to a healthy working environment. Employees are often new grads, easily manipulated and unsure when to call out bad management. (Examples: employees leaving or being let go would often "disappear" with no goodbyes/annual leaves held back as a punishment tactic/narcissistic undermining of employees in front of colleagues, even when they've done well!) • Watch out for some real specimens within the team as well, a lot of backstabbing. • Oversaturated department means you will be fighting over leads like stray dogs over a dustbin. • Bad culture starts from the top. Company owned by an alleged fraudster known for swearing at subordinates. • Total lack of development plan, you are unlikely to become an Account Executive.
