      Worked well with my National Guard commitments and took my training/certifications very seriously. Invested their time and money into making me the best inspector I could be.

      As a independent CEI firm, they are heavily influenced by the DOT.

      Occasional company events are cool

      Inconvénients

      Leadership stuck in old/outdated methods. Too much pressure put on the wrong employees; put more pressure on the hiring managers and make them lower the turnover rate. There's only so much HR can do
