      Corporate benefits are fairly good. Division HR is willing to work with you regarding work/life balance.

      Typical poor communication - from the top down. Corporate management is antiquated and slow to change.

      Avantages

      High volume sales and great pay

      Inconvénients

      They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
