      Avantages

      They will help you start your career. Good place to learn. Offer compensation on any certificates you achieve. Leadership knows their field of work very well. Your coworkers are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly review will say nice things but will not show it with a pay bump. Lots of turnover. The ownership was bought out. Became a lot more corporate. (Greg is not the owner, just CEO) Managers/Directors are very cold.

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      Inconvénients

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.
