      employees are nice. These have been some of the most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. Truly experts in the field. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      health benefits are a little expensive, but that seems to be the same with most companies.

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      Inconvénients

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.
