      The people are very nice. Depending on who you talk to. The headquarters is nice too.

      Inconvénients

      They are very bad at communication they take forever to answer and email or get back to you with anything even in the event of emergencies.

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.
