      Avantages

      Great team with very supportive managers. Expections are clear, and there are milestones and supports along the way. Respectful colleagues, they are super nice and usually very helpful, although all of us are busy, they also find time to help. The traveling part can be demanding (if one does not like traveling) but I love the opportunity to go to different places.

      Inconvénients

      Time difference can be tough, global team in different time zones which may have occasionally late night meetings.

      Avantages

      I really enjoyed the flexibility and liked to be challenged in a positive and respectful manner.

      Inconvénients

      Intense work, like many companies that are eager to make it in the world of Bioscience. You've got to put in the work and time, definitely not a place for a "doing-the-minimum" mindset.

      Inconvénients

      Technology rarely works as advertised. Systems are unreliable. Management is beyond poor. Marketing is comic. R&D is uninspiring. Innovation is absent. Doorstop and paperweight maker. Smoke and mirrors without the smoke. Or mirrors.
