      Very interesting and challenging work. The local NZ team is dedicated and hard working, very knowledgeable people.

      Inconvénients

      The corporate management in America are faceless, they hire and fire our colleagues without any knowledge of what is going on here in NZ, we're just a bunch of office furniture to them.

      The few people left in the trenches are the Heroes!!!!

      Inconvénients

      Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal. No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.
