      Growing firm, opportunities to 'be involved'.

      Inconvénients

      They talk the values and focus on people game but when it comes down to it, they play the same game as the Big 4 firms.

      Avantages

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Avantages

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Inconvénients

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
