      Company is good in work culture, work life balance. They value quality work.

      Inconvénients

      Rapid learning is expected. False performance evaluations will be given in case the manager doesn't wants to let you have increments over other Senior employees due to budget constraints. (Happened in my team with 2-3 resources)
