      Avantages

      If you are in the C-suite--which is probably too big considering the size of the company--or in the SOC, they will take care of you. The work goes to support important industries and helps protect people from cyber attacks...theoretically.

      Inconvénients

      There is a history of not listening to employees, but instead hinging directly on the beliefs of the C-suite, and CEO. There's also little chance for having a career path, but part of that is management either not knowing, or not caring.

      Avantages

      Very easy to change roles and promote when positions were available. Great feedback from higher ups regarding where you stood, what you could improve at and what you were doing great at. If you needed help and asked, people would step in and not ask questions. Great work life balance, 3 days on, 4 days on, 12 hour shifts (honestly it shouldve been 4 10's The best people I have ever worked with Truly hired ENTRY LEVEL not this BS of entry with 5 years of exp, like I got my job while finishing my degree. Pushed people to grow

      Inconvénients

      Lost clients, lay offs, cut too thin and just kept bleeding money at the end of the day. Got Acquired
