This is a company owned by a single person, Steve. There are no set policy of the company in any respect. The company runs on his whims and he does anything he feels like at any given point in time. He never trusts any employees and plays a spy after each an every employee for no reason. He follows a hire and fire policy and most of the employees find it difficult to cope with his everchanging whims for more than 3 months at max. Hence, it is my advice to all that you should not quit your existing job to join this company no matter how miserable it feels in your current job, else it would be like "out of the frying pan into the fire".

This review is clearly false. If this person was so unhappy and claims there are no positives about this company, how in the world did they work for the company for over 10 years. He mentions 3 months max since he was a very low performer and did not pass his probationary period. If you read the review carefully you will also find it makes no sense. We have extensive policies and procedures as well as an HR department. All employees are trusted. If an employee was not trusted no company would employ them. People are employed long term if they are honest, dependable and capable. This review was likely posted by someone who really only worked for the company during a probationary period but was not capable of performing the job. It is noteworthy to mention that all companies, unless publicly traded, are owned by a single person and even with publicly traded company there is one person at the top so I dont see the point of his first comment. He makes some comment about 'whims' but really what he is calling 'whims' is continuous improvement and innovation. Amazon AWS could be called Jeff Bezos's 'whim' and the iPhone could be called Steve Jobs 'whim'. All companies which do well focus on continuous improvement and innovation. This person was just not a good fit for the job and was upset that he was called out on his poor performance. Any employee who is motivated, smart, hard working and dependable can make a very generous salary plus bonuses and can be happily employed long term. This person really was just not a good fit. Not motivated and not good at the job so they were let go. That simple. They are just upset because they were called out on their unacceptable work and behavior so they posted a hostile review.

CEO will not believe the company rather he doubts everyone on the work which leads to employees terminations frequently. Don't get trapped by the salary they mention on Naukri. Finally you get lot of deductions as penalties. Believe me I had never seen such worst salary process with penalties in any company. Not at all employee friendly. I think policies in jails are better than this company. Too much pressure from CEO and no trust on employees. Those who are having good job in hands, don't leave to join this company. You don't know when company will throw you out without any notice period or extra pay.

It should be obvious that this person did find a great deal that they liked about the company since they claim to have worked for the company over a year (1-2 years). We have almost no turnover from employees leaving because they decide to. The only time's employees are let go are when the employee is dishonest (all companies terminate dishonest employees), or when the person is not capable of performing the job diligently. All employees are trusted a great deal. Many of our employees make much more than the base salary, in fact most do. This former employee, unfortunately, made chronic repeating careless mistakes that cost the company lots of money due to inattention to procedures and lack of due diligence. No company can afford to keep employees that actually cause them to lose money and customers on a regular basis. We have plenty of long term employees. This person is just upset because they had a nice salary and management was not able to accept the incompetent work behavior. Excellent employees who do their best every day have permanent jobs. We have had zero layoffs since 2001. Just like all companies, excellent employees excel and do better in fact than they can do virtually anywhere else.
