Management seem blind to why personnel are leaving and dont much care. Ops Personnel are expected to take on 20 projects and more. If you dont have time its basically tough luck you are doing it. You are expected to work overtime allot without payment, no flexability on hours. If you are 1 minute late even if its because the lift is broken you get a bollocking . If you talk to someone you get a bollocking. There is more life in a morgue than this office. A number of complaints come in from the client and without seeking the Project Lead to explain what the issues are they basically say its all your fault. There is a big issue of stress within the organisation and there appears to be nothing majorly done about it. All you get is its your fault you are stressed so you gotta deal with it. I am so glad I left this company.
