Avantages

-Very fair pay (if inflation wasn't so bad right now) -Professional environment but laidback vibes (you must enjoy music to work here) -Concerns and suggestions are taken seriously (as long as you speak up, management can't read your mind) -They're willing to work with you regarding schedules within reason -The benefits are actually great -From what I've witnessed, they value education and make accommodations to help you grow -Management, they're pretty hands off, honestly. They're all quite nice but fairly aloof and don't interact with ground floor operations too much I've recommended applying here to a number of close friends and will continue to do so.

Inconvénients

The following are mostly due to growing pains (the company is expanding rapidly) and are all normal issues with companies figuring out how things need to be done as the workload increases. -Internal communication needs a bit of work. Some departments don't know what they need to know until they need to know it -Training for new staff is somewhat inconsistent and left up to interpretation but that's something they're already actively working on -I really don't have anything else negative to say about it. My experience has been pretty great even though the learning curve is incredibly steep. But people understand that and try to be patient.

Avantages

Fixed working hours: Consistent and predictable schedule helped maintain a good work-life balance.

Inconvénients

Low base salary: Compensation did not match the level of responsibility and performance. Micromanagement: Leadership style was overly controlling, with limited trust in employees’ expertise. At times, management decisions were influenced by personal bias rather than professional judgment. Discrimination issues: Experienced situations of unequal treatment that impacted motivation and team morale. Workplace favoritism: In recent hiring, there appeared to be a preference toward candidates from one particular background or nationality, which affected diversity and fairness.
